At Izyeko Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of tile and flooring products, items that have been installed, cut, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or partially installed products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • Packaging and shipping label

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (PayPal or Stripe).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal balance

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
